My name is Dr Anna Tipper and I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15-years’ experience of working in the NHS with children, young people and their families.
I currently work for a local NHS Paediatric Psychology service. I have a particular passion for working with teens, and I strongly believe that we need to do more to support young people to cope with the pressures of modern life.
Compassion underpins everything I do here at Grounded Psychology, and I am committed to helping others to bring more compassion into their lives to support their well-being. I believe the world would be a much better place if everyone had a little more compassion for themselves, and each other.
